Ill. AG Wants Leading Health Sites To Disclose Privacy Policies

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan called on leading health websites like and on Friday to disclose how much personal health information they retain from consumers who visit their websites, and whether they sell that information to outside companies.
