8th Circ. Affirms Pfizer's Dismissal From Drug Injury Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 15, 2013, 6:35 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday affirmed a summary judgment in favor of Pfizer Inc. in a product liability suit brought by a woman who allegedly suffered injuries after taking a generic version of anti-nausea drug Reglan, finding that the plaintiff didn’t ingest a version manufactured by Pfizer.
