Senate Mulls Over Changes To Filibuster Rules

Harry Reid's threats to push through a rule change to end filibusters of executive branch nominations, Senate Republicans and Democrats called a bipartisan closed-door meeting Monday night to discuss the fate of President Barack Obama's stalled appointees, according to news reports.
