GOP Reps. Want Info On Pending DOI Offshore Drilling Regs

Law360, New York (July 15, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A group of Republican lawmakers Friday urged the U.S. Department of the Interior to provide more information on its pending regulations related to offshore oil and gas rig blowout preventers, saying the agency’s slow rulemaking process has left the industry lacking clarity.
