7th Circ. Reopens Wal-Mart Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 10:04 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday revived a sex discrimination and retaliation suit an employee filed against Wal-Mart Stores Inc., rejecting the company's contention that the worker had missed her opportunity to appeal and that the court lacked jurisdiction over the case.
