Jewell Says 'All Of The Above' Energy Plan Guides DOI Policy

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Newly appointed Interior Secretary Sally Jewell on Wednesday defended her department's energy policies as appropriate under President Obama's "all of the above" strategy, in the face of Republican lawmakers’ complaints over its policymaking on issues such as hydraulic fracturing.
