Rothstein Ch. 11 Plan OK'd As TD Bank Dispute Resolved

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 2:13 PM EDT) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge approved the Chapter 11 liquidation plan for the law firm of convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein on Wednesday, after signing off on a $54 million settlement between victims of the scheme and TD Bank NA that resolved months of disputes over the plan.
