Travelers Avoids Covering $4M Alagasco Cleanup

Law360, New York (July 17, 2013, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied Alabama Gas Corp.'s attempt to score indemnification from Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. for $4 million it spent remediating a polluted site, ruling the company didn't face any liability during the policy period.
