$2.6B Ky. Bridge Project Survives Enviro Challenge

Law360, Los Angeles (July 17, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a suit brought by the Coalition for the Advancement of Regional Transportation challenging a $2.6 billion bridge project to Indiana, finding that state and federal transportation authorities had exercised reasonable discretion in the project’s planning.
