Investor Group Asks Court To Revive Dorsey Fee Litigation

Law360, Los Angeles (July 18, 2013, 9:06 PM EDT) -- Investor group NAMA Holdings LLC urged a California appellate court Thursday to revive claims that law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP illegally took funds from an insolvent real estate venture before NAMA could collect $12 million that the venture owed, arguing a lower court had erroneously ruled that NAMA’s claims were meritless.
