EU Watchdog Accuses Recycling Co. Of Abusing Dominance

Law360, San Francisco (July 18, 2013, 2:17 PM EDT) -- The European Commission warned Altstoff Recycling Austria AG Thursday that it believes the recycler may have abused its dominant position in the market and could be found in violation of antitrust regulations if such conduct is proven.
