Contractor Urges High Court To Review Gulf Drilling Ban

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Marine industry contractor Hornbeck Offshore Services LLC has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its challenge of a circuit court ruling upholding a moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
