Redistricting Foes Ask Fla. High Court To OK Pol Depositions

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- A coalition of nonprofits challenging a congressional reapportionment plan in Florida urged the state's high court Wednesday to overturn a ruling that bars them from deposing state lawmakers and legislative staff to determine if the plan was crafted with a discriminatory intent.
