Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 4:01 PM EDT) -- A Republican on the U.S. House Natural Resources Committee on Thursday floated legislation that would strip the federal government's ability to regulate hydraulic fracturing on public lands in states that have fracking rules already on their books.
