Hobby Lobby Shielded From Birth Control Mandate For Now

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked the federal government from enforcing the Affordable Care Act's birth control coverage mandate on Hobby Lobby Stores Inc., which is arguing that the rule violates its religious beliefs.
