Two JPMorgan Risk Policy Directors Jump Ship

Law360, New York (July 19, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. said on Friday that two of its directors have stepped down from the company's board, a move that comes just two months after the pair was re-elected with slim shareholder support.

Dave Cote and Ellen Futter are retiring from JPMorgan's board of directors after serving for five and 16 years respectively, the bank said. The directors were re-elected in May to the board's risk policy committee, which has taken a beating from critics and regulators since the bank's $6 billion trading losses...
