4th Circ. Won't Revive Gas Distributor Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a suit against a group of wholesale gasoline distributors, finding that more than two dozen gas station operators in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia did not do enough to back up claims that the distributors violated antitrust laws.
