FERC's Lessons From DC Energy Rehearing Order

Law360, New York (July 24, 2013, 1:32 PM EDT) -- By order issued July 12, 2013,[1] the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission denied requests for rehearing of its March 9, 2012, order denying the complaint of DC Energy LLC (DCE) and DC Energy Mid-Atlantic LLC against PJM Interconnection LLC.[2] The complainants and Scylla Energy LLC filed requests for rehearing.
