Energy Department To Undergo Leadership Shake-Up

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy is set to see a reorganization of leadership as sub-departments are consolidated and new advisers arrive in the wake of President’s Barack Obama’s Climate Action Plan, according to a memo by energy secretary Ernest Moniz, which was verified Monday by a source familiar with the matter.
