Fed. Circ. Won't Put DuPont On $18M Hook In Enzyme IP Case

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Monday that a Novozymes A/S enzyme patent was invalid because its written description was inadequate, upholding a decision that freed a DuPont Co. unit from paying more than $18 million for infringement.
