Sens. Slam DOI For 'Double Standards' On Revenue Sharing

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Senators seeking to let coastal states share revenues from offshore energy projects in federal waters accused the U.S. Department of the Interior on Tuesday of enabling "double standards" by letting inland states take a 50 percent cut of oil and gas revenues while denying support for their measure.
