Crime Risk Software Co. Accuses Rival Of Infringement

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 4:31 PM EDT) -- CAP Index, a company that sells crime risk analysis software, sued rival Location Inc. on Friday in a Pennsylvania federal court, alleging that Location copied its software and infringed its trade dress.

The Exton, Pa.- based software company said Location, located in Worcester, Mass., copied its analysis software and then sold it with the same advertising pitch.
