Law360, Los Angeles (July 22, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge Monday refused to grant a new trial to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission after a jury rejected a suit brought on behalf of Evans Fruit Co. workers who accused the apple producer of subjecting female employees to a culture of unwanted sexual advances.
