UK Regulator Opts Out Of 3rd Trial Of Ex-ISoft Employees

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:37 PM EDT) -- U.K. financial regulators said Monday that they won't seek a second retrial of former employees of health care software company iSoft PLC over charges they misled investors, ending more than seven years of pursuit after an alleged misstep by prosecution struck a fatal blow to a second trial.
