Highmark Hits Back In UPMC Antitrust Settlement Battle

Law360, Philadelphia (July 23, 2013, 6:42 PM EDT) -- Highmark Inc. fired back at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania federal court Monday over the hospital’s effort to make the court enforce a settlement agreement supposedly obligating a Highmark affiliate to drop antitrust claims against UPMC after completing the affiliation deal.
