Indian Harbor Wants No Part Of Landfill Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- Indian Harbor Insurance Co. said in a lawsuit filed Monday it has no duty to indemnify Republic Services Inc. and BFI Waste Systems of North America LLC for costs the companies have allegedly incurred stopping pollution from flowing out of a closed Missouri landfill.
