9th Circ. Puts PeaceHealth Bundling Case On Hold

Law360 (February 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has asked the Oregon Supreme Court to clarify a discrepancy in its price discrimination law before the appeals court makes a final determination in the antitrust case between hospital rivals McKenzie-Willamette Hospital and PeaceHealth.
