Fired Sullivan & Cromwell Atty Sues For Sex, Racial Bias

Law360, New York (July 23, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A former contract attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP launched suit in New York state court Monday alleging the firm and a number of its attorneys subjected her to repeated gender and racial discrimination, sexual harassment and workplace bullying.
