Miami Commissioner Can't Seek 3rd Term, Fla. Court Says

Law360, Miami (July 24, 2013, 3:15 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday ruled that a Miami city commissioner who was temporarily suspended from office while she faced felony charges cannot seek re-election for a third consecutive term because of the term limits in the city's charter.
