State Slams Indicted Texas Judge's Immunity Defense

Law360, Dallas (July 24, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- Texas prosecutors targeting a state court judge indicted on charges of abuse of office called the judge’s claim that he can avoid seven of the nine charges through judicial immunity bogus Tuesday, saying his motion to quash the charges was misleading and designed to publicly attack prosecutors.
