Lundbeck Settles Suit Vs. Sandoz Over Citalopram

Law360, New York (October 13, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Danish drug company H. Lundbeck A/S settled its lawsuit in the High Court of Justice in England & Wales against Lagap Pharmaceuticals Limited (now Sandoz Limited), a part of the Sandoz group, for infringement of certain patents relating to the manufacture of Citalopram, H. Lundbeck said in a statement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lundbeck agreed to licence the patents to Sandoz for certain territories. Lundbeck withdrew allegations of forgery and perjury against Matrix Laboratories Limited as part of the settlement, the company said....
