Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday tossed Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims against two former managers of industrial energy equipment supplier Dresser-Rand Co. who allegedly swiped privileged files from company computers days before quitting to join a new competitor.
