Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday rejected a request by medical equipment rental company Freedom Medical Inc. to enter a final judgment allowing it to seek an interlocutory appeal in its Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit against former workers.
