MarkWest Gas Plant Challenge Can Proceed, Pa. Judge Says

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board judge ruled Thursday that a MarkWest Energy Partners LP unit must continue to litigate an accusation by the Philadelphia-based Clean Air Council that its expansion of a western Pennsylvania plant is circumventing state permit regulations.
