Fla. Clinic Director Gets 11 Years, $24M For Kickbacks

Law360, Miami (July 25, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A Miami federal judge on Thursday sentenced a former health care clinic director and licensed clinical psychologist to more than 11 years in prison and a personal judgment of $24.1 million for her role in a $63 million Medicare and Medicaid kickback scheme.
