Doctor Loses Bid To Block Bausch & Lomb's Slogan Use

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday found that an ophthalmologist's trademark claims against Bausch & Lomb Inc. over its use of the slogan “See better. Live better.” were not likely to succeed and recommended that the doctor's motion for a preliminary injunction be denied.
