After Fire, FAA Wants Dreamliner 787 Beacons Checked

Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The Federal Aviation Administration said Thursday that it will require the removal or inspection of Honeywell International Inc. emergency locator transmitters on certain The Boeing Co. Dreamliner 787s after a fire broke out in an Ethiopian Airlines plane in London earlier this month.
