Law360, New York (July 25, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge said Thursday he did not represent DuPont Co. in a 1980s patent suit, this in response to Kolon Industries Inc.'s request that he recuse himself from considering a criminal trade secrets case against the company.
