Enbridge Begins Construction On $1.3B Pipeline Expansion

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Enbridge Inc. will kick off construction on a $1.3 billion pipeline extension in northern Alberta that will support increased output at the Kearl oil sands project, developed by Imperial Oil Ltd. and Exxon Mobil Corp., and link it to an Edmonton terminal, Enbridge said Friday.
