Apple Asks Fed. Circ. To Revive Motorola FRAND Fight

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 4:51 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. asked the Federal Circuit on Tuesday to resurrect its contract and antitrust suit alleging that Motorola Mobility LLC has not licensed its essential patents on fair terms, saying a lower court wrongly dismissed the suit when Apple refused to accept a court-ordered license.
