Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 8:12 PM EDT) -- The threat of an import ban is no longer a potent weapon that owners of standard-essential patents can use to exert leverage over competitors now that the Obama administration has vetoed a U.S. International Trade Commission exclusion order on Apple Inc. products, attorneys say.
