CFTC Moves To Boot Execs' Atty In Suit Over $46M Scheme

Law360, Miami (July 26, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission asked a Florida federal court Friday to disqualify the attorney for two Hunter Wise Commodities LLC executives in a lawsuit over an alleged $46 million commodity trading scheme, saying he is likely to be called as a witness at trial.
