Dewey Trust Demands Docs From DLA Piper, Winston, Others

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2013, 9:49 PM EDT) -- The trust charged with winding down Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s estate demanded Friday in New York bankruptcy court that DLA Piper, Winston & Strawn LLP and others produce documents detailing alleged payments related to matters that originated at Dewey and were handled by its ex-partners.
