Law360, Philadelphia (July 29, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A divided Pennsylvania appeals court on Friday revived a lawsuit accusing Philadelphia-based personal injury firm A. Harold Datz PC of conspiring with a former associate at Bochetto & Lentz PC to accept client referrals without informing B&L’s management or properly compensating B&L for the cases.
