TPP Needs Labor, IP Rules For State Cos., Lawmakers Told

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 6:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. should ensure that government-owned companies in Vietnam and other countries involved in the ongoing trade talks for the Trans-Pacific Partnership live up to high standards for labor practices and intellectual property protections, panelists said Thursday at a congressional hearing.
