FERC OKs $923M Sale Of Pa. Natural Gas Power Plant

Law360, Los Angeles (July 29, 2013, 4:12 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Monday authorized Fairless Energy LLC, an exempt wholesale generator and wholly owned subsidiary of Dominion Fairless Hills Inc., to acquire a natural gas power plant and other jurisdictional assets located Bucks County, Pa., for roughly $923 million.
