DigitalThink, IP Learn Settle Patent Suit

Law360 (November 26, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- DigitalThink settled a patent infringement lawsuit brought by IP Learn and agreed to license IP Learn's technology, DigitalThink said in a form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the terms of the settlement, IP Learn agreed to release all of its claims in the lawsuit and granted DigitalThink irrevocable licenses for the patents covered in the lawsuit.

In return, DigitalThink agreed to pay IP Learn $700,000 cash, issue 287,784 of its common shares and release IP Learn from all counterclaims that it had...
