Indicted Texas Judge Asks Appeals Court To Nix Removal Suit

Law360, Houston (July 30, 2013, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge indicted on abuse of office charges told an appeals court Monday that a civil proceeding to remove him from office violates state law and that he has been displaced by an imposter as a result.
