Ousted Ind. Official Sues Defense Atty For Malpractice

Law360, Chicago (July 30, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- Former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White slapped his former defense counsel last week with a lawsuit claiming the attorney was incompetent and unprepared for the voter fraud trial that ended in White’s conviction and cost him his office.
