Rockies Express Fires Back In $22M Tariff Row With FERC

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 2:05 PM EDT) -- Rockies Express Pipeline LLC on Monday blasted a recent Federal Energy Regulatory Commission administrative law judge's ruling that put it on the hook for $22 million over past tariff rates, contending the decision flies in the face of federal court rulings and the Natural Gas Act.
